INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
Our civic/business leaders and residents are 100% behind efforts to bring new industry and business into our County. With the assistance and support of MDA, TVA and NMIDA, the Calhoun Economic Development Association (CEDA) is ready to support any new industry/business.

Buildings
The two great buildings described below are in excellent condition, are priced right and can be purchased or leased.

The Bruce Furniture building in the northern part of the county is in almost "brand new" shape, has 188,000 square feet, ceilings of 14' to 29', over 5,000 square feet of office space, 50 dock doors and parking for 300 vehicles.

The Kellwood building at Calhoun City Industrial Park is ready for any new industry/business that will bring jobs to our community. This building is rare in our region, as it has 33' ceilings from eave to eave. It has about 58,000 square feet, with about 4,000 square feet of office space. It is owned by the city, which is willing to provide low rent incentives.

Industrial Site
CEDA has a 90-acre site under option agreement. This site is in the southeastern part of our county and is located adjacent to State Highway 8, only 10 miles from State Highway 15, which will be expanded to a four-lane in the future. With its great location and relatively flat topography, this site is close to existing water and utilities, has completed environmental, survey and soil analyses, and can be made ready relatively soon.
