The Kellwood building at Calhoun City Industrial Park is ready for any new industry/business that will bring jobs to our community. This building is rare in our region, as it has a very high ceiling, ranging from 24' at the eaves to 33' at the center. It has about 58,000 square feet, with about 4,000 square feet of office space. It is owned by the city, which is willing to provide low rent incentives.
